A coin mind combines a mission, persistent memory, research, creative tools, and treasury proposals. Trading is one possible capability; the mind can also build, investigate, and coordinate community programs.
Can the mind change its own spending rules?
The proposed architecture keeps reserve floors, action caps, allowed assets, and recipient checks outside model control. The configurator lets you define a starting policy; production enforcement requires deployed services and contracts.
Does configuration launch a real token?
No. It produces an agent specification you can download. This concept site does not deploy a token, connect a wallet, spend funds, or call a reasoning model.
